About the Role Cloudflare is looking for a Senior Learning Partner, with a focus on Leadership Development, to join our global Learning and Development team.

You will oversee the creation of a learning journey that enables and empowers our leaders at Cloudflare to develop high performing teams and support their team members in building the career of their dreams.


  • Lead the planning and global implementation of leadership development programs for managers at each level of their journey (new hire, enablement)
  • Partner with our People Team Business Partners and functional leadership to identify gaps and determine learning solutions
  • Create training content from scratch in various modalities, with or without the support of designers - including but not limited to print collateral development and design, and use of eLearning authoring tools
  • Develop strategies and processes that will enable our leaders to engage and adopt programs in a distributed and remote environment
  • Facilitate classroom experiences (in all environments) with poise and finesse - be able to confidently teach all levels within a company
  • Analyze data to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously optimizing process and experience for our learners
  • Examples of desirable skills and knowledge

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training Teams
  • Back-end experience within a Learning Management System or HRIS
  • Strong working knowledge of L&D tools including authoring tools (such as Captivate, Articulate Studio / Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite tools (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Excellent written communication
  • Experience supporting a global population, remote experience a plus
