Work place : The work will be developed at the Department of Biology and at CIIMAR, under the scientific guidance of Isabel Sousa Pinto
Grant duration The scholarship will have a duration of 6 months, possibly extendable until the end of the project execution, not exceeding the limit of 4 years.
40 / 2004, the scholarship holder will be entitled to assume, by FCUP, the charges resulting from contributions that apply to the first of the steps referred to in article 36 of Decree-Law no.
40 / 89, of 1 February, with the increase in charges arising from the option for a higher incidence base on its own.
Selection procedure :
Evaluation of Curriculum Vitae (CV) and previous experience of the candidates with respect to the admission requirements will be performed.
Eventually, candidates will be invited for a decisive interview. The CV and work experience will count for 50% of the final grade, and the interview will count for another 50%.

Advertisement / notification of final decision : the final results of the evaluation, will be disclosed, through a list, ordered by final classification, sent to candidates by email.
Furthermore, it is further reported that, under the provisions of Articles 121 and sebsequent, following the Code of Administrative Procedure, you have a legal period of 10 working days from the day immediately to the date of notification, to pronounce on the decision, if you so understand.
This decision may be subjected to a complaint within 15 working days, or, alternatively, an appeal may be submitted within 30 working days, addressed to the Director of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto, pursuant to Article 191 and following of the Code of Administrative Procedure.
The host entity may use the final sort list to replace the selected grantee in the event that the grantee quits the position, up to one year.
