Small World are currently seeking a Support Analyst within our Group Operations team in Sintra, Portugal to assist all our global departments with various strategic and operational business needs (including Customer Service, Finance, Sales / Business Development, Marketing, Transactions, and HR).
Working closely with the European Operations Manager, your responsibilities would typically include :
Assisting the Operations Manager and provide support to stakeholders within the departments involved in the workflow transactions process.
Setting up, testing and updating new payers, products, services and currencies in production and test environments
Compiling information about new and existing correspondents
Creating or updating storage of correspondent pay-out locations and correspondent bank list.
Creating or updating client bank list requested by accounting or Europe Operations Supervisor.
Setting up archive agents, archive payers, as well as assisting with the integration of any payer between SMA system and our CRM (i.e. Omnex)
Activate and deactivate payment options or sending options for Omnex customers and agents
Creating or editing agents / payers, pricings and commissions schemes
What are we looking for?
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent Spanish and English (Portuguese would also be an advantage)
Advanced Microsoft Excel (or similar) skills
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
Good at multi-tasking and organisation
