Sodexo is currently implementing a Shared Services Center in Porto that will support several countries across Europe with the processes of Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Master Data, Training & Continuous Improvement, among others.

  • You will be responsible for Payments.Audits : Support internal audits;Manage external audits;Payments : Manage standard payments processing;
  • Manage exception payment processing;Manage foreign currency payments processing;Create payment run report & submit for approval;
  • Submit payment file to Bank;Reconciliation and month-end close;Manage non received payments.What you'll need to Succeed : Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business;
  • Fluency in English;Experience working in Accounts Payable, Purchase to Pay or Travel & Expenses;Experience in use of Office applications and ERP system application (SAP preferred);
