Our client has developed a device for diabetics, whose objective is that people with this diagnosis dont need to sting themselves to measure insulin levels in the blood.
However, they need helpful and empathetic people to support the customers via telephone.Your daily task will be to respond to incoming calls and customer inquiries about this company's products, with the aim of providing support, guidance and problem solving in an empathic manner.
To complete orders, you must request and collect the documentation required by the customer's payer and coordinate the shipment of products to customers.
Do you see yourself doing this?If your answer is yes, you need to have a native level of Spanish and English language (C1 / C2), and be available to work from 7 am to 9 pm and work in rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day with two days off per week, in Entrecampos, Lisbon.
