The ambition of the Product team at Foursource is to be central to business development. The team aim to understand users better than they know themselves and our job is to provide an unrivalled, B2C-like user experience on Foursource’s B2B platform.
Keeping pace with the company’s ambition, we're growing our multidisciplinary Product Team with all Product disciplines working together : Product Management and Business Analysis, Product Design and UX Research, Analytics and BI.
Your challenge as a Product Manager is to come up with a vision and a strategy within your scope, that supports company goals and seriously contributes to business development, while optimising users’ experience.
Naturally, you’ll work tightly with all other disciplines of the Product Team and Engineering Team as well. You’re expected to :
Think strategically and operationally regarding capabilities that enable business growth, at both the platform and users’ experience levels
Contribute to build a team of Product Managers that aim for an exciting and industry-leading B2B experience that helps bring Foursource’s vision to life
Create an end-to-end experience that our users love
Prioritise the most important customer issues and business opportunities to invest in
Help establishing a user-centric strategy
Liaise collaboratively with our internal business units’ stakeholders
Gather requirements, evaluating execution and working with Engineering on user stories
Distil requirements collaboratively with other Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering, translating them into relevant initiatives, through data analysis, business cases and functional specifications
Be an active member of the business : you'll be an ambassador for the role of the Product Team in the overall business outcomes, across all business teams, identifying new opportunities and pushing the boundaries of existing processes
Who you are
Proficient in B2B / B2C large-scale transactional channels (websites and apps) Product Management for at least 3 years
A natural leader and great communicator, capable of working by influence
The spirit of an entrepreneur, self-motivated, self-driven, capable of establishing a North Star, devising a suitable strategy and make operational decisions on a daily basis
Take a scientific approach to digital products development, being focused on data-driven value delivery and fully understanding a / b testing mechanisms
Operate at all times as part of a team, with the ability to work with different teams
