As a Customer Service Agent for a Social media project, you will assist consumers with any questions or concerns they might have about products or services, as well as deal with grievances, over the phone, email, and chat.
It’s all about giving consumers the best possible customer experience.
Possible Daily Activity :
Provide support to small and medium sized businesses ( across multiple channels chat (live channel), email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Turkish / Arabic and English.
Provide pre and post support for all self-service products.
Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience.
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
Fluent, have acceptable accents, and speak clearly and understandably in each of the language(s) in which the Services are provided, as well as sufficient ability to understand English (except for resources providing services in English, who will be fluent in the language).
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
English language skills for all agents irrespective of Language (listening, understanding, writing, speaking) should be B2 level (according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Preferred Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage.
Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
High attention to details and follow through.
An effective team player who is able to also work independently.
Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.
Professional customer service skills : solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience.
Robust multitasking skills (e.g. able to log calls and interact with the customer simultaneously).
Online advertising experience is a huge plus and preferred
