The purpose of the position is to handle the IT Architecture Advising and reviews to ensure better business alignment with product lines and regions within global banking front to back.
In close cooperation with global teams, the architect advisor will challenge and review the integrated vision of the global and regional application’s ecosystem from business features to operations with the aim of ensuring service delivery as per requirements and needs (not more, not less, with strong functional and business touch.
Adherence to CIB technology norms and standards remain under usual architecture global teams.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to Establish Corporate Banking IT Strategy and Governance
Contribute to the business lines / operations Functional Strategy (alignment business, Operations TOM, Countries IS vs IT TOM and trajectory)
Reuse existing IT Design tools whenever relevant
Contribute to the diffusion and respect IT Norms and Standards
Contribute and participate to key architecture committees and key program steercos
Ensure business needs are taken in account on continuous basis
Assist / Support the project teams in their relations with key stakeholders
Support the definition of an Information System TOM taking in account lifecycle of applications to contribute to better manage obsolescence
Publish / Relay an follow up the overall IT CB roadmap at macro level
Ensure application roadmaps / strategy are shared by all IT domain managers with business stakeholders et countries
Provide appropriate regular reporting on activities of the area
Contribute to the IT strategy and architecture to support the digital transformation
Office and consolidation of initiatives for CB IT Key initiatives
Partner with businesses and HR to build / discover and source CB IT talents
Ensure smooth cooperation with key group functions and security
Provide support for promoting knowledge on CB IT universe
Minimum 10 / 15 years of experience with a proven track record in project portfolio management, transformational programs and IT architecture (In banking or non-
banking area; in IT Product marketing or software / consulting companies)
Fluent in English and French
Excellent conceptualization skills
Experience in Banking Industry is a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
Recognized change and technology leader
