As a quality engineer you possess the ability to ensure quality control in a large production environment and together with the engineering team you manage complex situations with a positive spirit.
Your primary focus will be customers, NCC and NCR control including reporting but as a specialist in problem solving you are able to individually run 8D analysis with the support of your team.

You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent and you have at least 10 years of experience in Quality. To be eligible for this position, you hold a proven track record from a quality position where your experience puts you in the position to make difficult decisions.
You possess the ability to work independently as well as in teams and you are good at collaborating with stakeholders at different areas of the organization.
Collaboration with the management team and an understanding of customer care is crucial for your success.
A high level of English skill is required both written and oral due to the nature of the position, where daily interactions with internal stakeholders in the global organization as well as international customers is a part of the job.
