Job Description *Your contribution to something big : * You will be a Junior member of the Active Sourcing team with the purpose of doing screening and rejections for different roles within Bosch in Germany.

  • Your responsibilities will be : * Understand with the recruitment team which candidates will not advance to the interview;
  • Verify if candidates came from internal or external sources;* Reject candidates on TalentHub (recruiting tool);* Double-check applications from candidates;
  • If needed by the recruiters, ask the candidates for some important documents for the process. Qualifications *What distinguishes you : Qualification : Bachelor degree or equivalent;
  • Languages : Native German, English at C1-Level; *Experience : Interest in the recruitment area. *Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong customer and service orientation;* Self-organized, autonomous and proactive.
