What you will learn and contribute to

To strengthen the Portfolio & Solutions team, we recruit a Technology Manager to focus on the Applications & Devices portfolio of the Cloud & Network Services (CNS) Business Group (BG).

As part of our team, you will :

  • Own the technology interlock between CX Enterprise and defined BUs of CNS for the applications & devices domain including portfolio of CNS Business Applications and CNS Enterprise Solutions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in CX, at the BUs, and at Strategy & Technology (S&T), including Bell Labs and Standardization, for the defined domain
  • Develop technical expertise for technology and portfolio in the applications & devices domain as well as understand related business dynamics
  • Understand technology requirements from the field, sales plans, standardization, and other relevant sources for defined domain
  • Develop a mid- to long-term market view on portfolio evolution needs for defined domain and align it with stakeholders of the BUs
  • Support key portfolio decisions of BUs for defined domain and ensure release content of relevant solutions / products / services is aligned with the Enterprise market needs
  • Ensure implementation of a governance for a structured requirement management as well as roadmap and release dialog between CX Enterprise and BUs for the defined domain
  • Drive alignment on technology and portfolio across stakeholders of CX Enterprise for the defined domain as well as ensure regular communication on technology and portfolio updates to CX Enterprise and its partners
  • Develop technology thought leadership messages specific for Enterprise for the defined domain and drive enablement as well as communication to the Enterprise market
  • Understand Enterprise-fit of portfolio of the applications & devices domain and provide guidance to CX Enterprise and its partners
  • Your skills and experience

    You have :

  • Working experiences in portfolio strategy, portfolio or product management, technical sales, business development, or related discipline
  • Good technology and portfolio understanding in software, applications and devices
  • Analytical and business acumen to set technology and portfolio evolution priorities
  • Mentality of ownership
  • Ability to proactively drive initiatives leveraging interdisciplinary resources across organizational teams
  • Appetite to create something new
  • Successfully completed a university degree
  • Fluent speaking, reading, and writing skills in English
  • It would be nice if you also had :
