  • The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Its mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting, in addition with any new processes not already covered by another team.
  • Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients

  • The HR Reporting & Internal Audit Officer will be the point of contact for CIB territories and auditors for the requested global HR data and documentation
  • Your Main Activities Are

  • Support CIB HR Audits, working closely with many different stakeholders such as Local HR’s, internal and external auditors
  • Prepare HR data and reporting requested during IG inspections of Businesses or Functions
  • Prepare all documentation and reports required, such as, audit scope definition, ensure collection of supportive documentation, follow-up of audit findings
  • Provide support to Local HR’s for all audit matters
  • Report the results to HR Management
  • Regularly update the HR Audit Framework and keep all important stakeholders informed
  • Providing global & standardized process design based in the audit recommendations for the HR Processes on a global and local level
  • Share the issued HR audit recommendations with the territory HR teams, ask for a gap analysis by each territory and ensure that the recommendations are implemented if necessary
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • Academic Degree in Business Management, Law, Human Resources, or related field;
  • Reporting / consolidation experience in a Finance / Audit environment
  • GDPR experience recommended
  • Management of large databases
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) package advanced level
  • Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders
