The user journey on Bose.com is a central part of that experience. In order to better understand that journey, to drive change, to creatively think about improvements, within the Digital Analytics team in the Marketing we are looking for a digital experience analyst.

You’ll leverage our analyst tool environment from web traffic, site testing, clickstream, and user research data to develop a holistic understanding.

You’ll collaborate with website experience team and others to truly impact change. Your analysis and insights will drive improvements for the Bose brand experience on our website.

The above and beyond candidate will bring the diverse data points together to establish relation between marketing activities, digital experience and purchase drivers

Key responsibilities of the role :

Closely work with the web experience team to rapidly roll out improvements to the user journey that are informed by insights and analysis

Drive meaningful innovation by delivering insightful content analysis that informs the creative process and optimizes content at scale

Effectively engage with the broader marketing team to drive understanding of key performance indicators

Complement data driven insights by qualitative and quantitative user research

Provide insightful site experience testing analysis using a variance of testing methodologies

Ensure that, where feasible, iterative insights build on previous learnings

Skills :

5+ years of experience in digital analysis

Advanced skills in Google BigQuery, GA 360 / Google Analytics

Experience in defining and briefing site analytics tracking improvements

Strong attention to detail

Ability to communicate the findings of a complex analysis in an actionable way

Communication skills that allow you to effectively drive change within a global organization
