  • Lead, inspire, motivate and manage one or more agile software development teams;
  • Recruit, mentor and retain the Baseconians of your teams;
  • Drive the teams to continuously improve processes in an always changing environment through automation of common procedures, and implementation of standards, processes and checks;
  • Create a supportive and rewarding working environment that aligns with the company culture and values as well as instilling a sense of ownership, accountability and technical excellence in your teams, driving efficient processes and constantly pushing engineering best practices;
  • Keep stakeholders up to date on all activities that affect their individual goals and be the point contact for work status;
  • Regular progress reporting, defining and reporting KPIs metrics including helping your teams define, drive and achieve their objectives and key results and monitor the efficiency of resource use and understand the costs;
  • Estimate projects and features, work closely with the scrum masters, the product owners and the agile teams at each stage of the development lifecycle;
  • Ownership

  • Ensure that the Agile Teams are actively enforcing Basecone Platform KPIs / Quality Standards;
  • Set and Review objectives, appraise performance, ensuring effective performance management;
  • Maximize employee retention through motivation and strong management;
  • Build adequate learning paths to ensure the team is at the highest technical level.
  • Main requirements

  • Background in software development in a product company;
  • Experience in working with Agile teams
  • Experience in people career management
  • Experience in project management and time estimation.
