The Logistics, Planning and Purchase Technician will have the responsibility to do all the operational tasks that involve the needs of external or intercompany purchases of material or services required by the companies with the support of the ERP, MRP, Excel or other tools.
Liaise with Purchase, Planning, Customer Service and Financial departments to ensure solid logistics process optimization.
Aggregate material needs’ responsibilities : Quantities calculation Delivery times confirmation PO’s issuance to External and Internal Companies Intercompany PO’s issuance & Packing list
Collaborate in the creation of documentation to support internal logistic processes : Invoices validation (prior to account) Indirect Spend : Guaranty that there’s always a PO’s issuance
Maintenance SKUs creation for all companies
Support continuous improvement projects.
At least 12º Year (High School Degree), preferably with related University frequency
Fluent in Portuguese and good Business English.
Able to communicate in Spanish, verbal end writing
