PRIMARY PURPOSE
To maintain and ensure profitable growth, increasing market presence, and the development, retention, and value of existing client accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements annual business plans, operating budget and revenues budget utilizing Unified Investigations & Sciences, Inc.
UIS) business processes.
Generates and establishes talent, management, and financial control plans to secure successful execution of territory performance.
Oversees activities to ensure efficient operation of branch.
Serves as a point of contact for communication between internal and external customers.
Creates an environment of customer / employee satisfaction.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience :
Eight (8) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years of experience in fire investigation, engineering services, insurance or professional services industry preferred.
