Our client is a multinational company that is looking for a Contact Center Agent to its Customer Service Department.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Handle consumers requires received by phone, email, letter, etc., attend consumers complaints and ensure consumers satisfaction;
  • Know, identify and negotiate according to consumer experience management principles;
  • Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g. Service requests, Information requests, Arrange appointments with the consumer;
  • Maintain consumer database;
  • Be proactive by detecting information gap and reporting to Contact Centre Manager.

    Perfil desejado

  • Higher education;
  • Previous experience in contact center;
  • Customer focus ;
  • Excellent communication skills - pleasure to interact with consumers;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Helpfulness / focus on problem solving;
