Our client is a multinational company that is looking for a Contact Center Agent to its Customer Service Department.
Handle consumers requires received by phone, email, letter, etc., attend consumers complaints and ensure consumers satisfaction;
Know, identify and negotiate according to consumer experience management principles;
Handle typical business cases to ensure satisfaction of consumers, e.g. Service requests, Information requests, Arrange appointments with the consumer;
Maintain consumer database;
Be proactive by detecting information gap and reporting to Contact Centre Manager.
Previous experience in contact center;
Customer focus ;
Excellent communication skills - pleasure to interact with consumers;
Conflict management skills;
Helpfulness / focus on problem solving;
