Job Description

Your contribution to something big :

  • Full responsibility for the definition and implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy, in order to meet the growth targets foreseen by the organization;
  • Talent mapping and active sourcing of candidates through several channels (ex. online platforms and social / professional networks);
  • Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process from consultancy to hiring manager, to candidate’s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, and support in the selection decision;
  • Co-definition of the Employer Branding strategy with the Communication and Corporate HR departments;
  • Represent Bosch in external events, such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other tech and recruitment events;
  • Content creation and management for social / professional networks, such as LinkedIn;
  • Build a trusting relationship with the candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
  • Co-definition of internal salary policy and elaboration of hiring proposals to the candidates;
  • Counsel the candidates on company’s benefits, salary and culture;
  • Coordination and implementation of the onboarding process of new associates;
  • Definition and implementation of candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities;
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
  • Actively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies;
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry and deliver new concepts and solutions.


    What distinguishes you :

  • Academic degree on Social Sciences areas, Management, or similar;
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources;
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes;
  • Expert in social / professional networks (ex. Linkedin, ITJobs, GitHub, among others);
  • Ability to build network and empathy to relate with different people, cultures, mindsets;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Impactful presentation style;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory written and spoken);
  • Ownership and proactive problem-solver attitude;
  • Creative thinker with initiative to propose ideas and act as consultant for employer branding, and recruitment and selection topics;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
  • Experience with Software staffing market is a plus.
