We are looking for a Junior IT Talent Acquisition willing to join our cross-functional team.

In this role we’ll learn to :

Understand our business, company environment and the software development lifecycle. This includes learning about the different programming languages, frameworks and methodologies used by the company.

Identify and attract potential and relevant candidates. This includes source passive / active candidates through multiple search methods, such as, web research, web sourcing, Boolean searches, social media networking, job boards, tech community, etc)

Managing the selection / evaluation process. This includes technical and soft skills assessment.

Provide a positive experience to the candidates during the recruitment / hiring process. This includes support the candidates on every step of the journey, from the first contact, up until they come to work on their very first day.

What you’ll do in your day-to-day work :

  • Write and post job ads on professional sites, job portals and social media
  • Proactive sourcing potential candidates on social media, niche platforms (like Linkedin, Stack overflow,GitHub), job fairs, meetups, and other channels
  • Build a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Conduct initial screen interviews
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Support HR during the recruitment process
  • Use / update the ATS (Applicant tracking system)
  • Communicate with the candidates during the recruitment process
  • Participate in recruitment events
  • Support any other recruitment / Human Resources management related activities
  • Support on onboarding / offboarding
  • Skills you’ll need to have :

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree (preferential HR / Management) but we are also open-minded
  • Resilient, problem-solving attitude and a team player
  • Strong motivation and interest in technology, willing to learn and to seek help with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • People-oriented, organized, and critical mindset
  • Advanced English and Portuguese level (mandatory)
