You will participate in the deployment, integration and maintenance of our systems in the customer's IT and communication environment as well as learn and support the TETRA technology.
What You Will Do As a Junior Customer Support Engineer :
Understand the environment in which our systems will be integrated;
Learn traditional TETRA technology, provide support and execute the given tasks on TETRA technology;
Define, write, update technical documentation for customer projects;
Validate and test our systems within the client environment;
Be involved in the newest technologies used in mission critical solutions;
Be included in a dynamic and experienced team with great attitude and team spirit;
Responsible for the Operation, Maintenance & Support of customer's live Networks under Support Contract in the Region;
Responsible for the execution of technical and administrative support activities, including installation, repair, preventive maintenance and engineering change requests at client sites;
Maintain communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and / or bringing problems to the design department’s attention;
Implements new product configurations / software upgrades, install network devices and / or hardware components / peripherals;
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and repairs technical problems;
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering or related area;
Very good Level of Spanish and English (Both Spoken and written) is a must criterium;
Good Level of German (Both Spoken and written) is a good thing to have;
Good communication skills and confidence to present solutions to customers / users;
Availability and wellness to perform 24 / 7 oncall service ;
Important to be a team player and self motivated. Able to build interpersonal relationships;
Takes ownership of allocated task and shows flexible and positive attitude ;
High Flexibility and Availability to travel locally and internationally ;
