We are looking for ServiceNow Pre-Sales Senior / Lead Domain Architect who will lead complex opportunities and tenders as well as direct customer opportunities, maximising profitability while controlling the solution integrity.
What are your responsibilities?
Qualification of opportunities, solution design, project and support estimates, customer presentations, building relevant demos and proof of concepts, providing ServiceNow SME knowledge to the delivery practice, answering tender responses and creating supporting proposals.
Supporting responses to Request for Information / Proposals ensuring they align to our standards and support the whole bid in delivering a solution which supports the customers ServiceNow strategy.
Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
Produce compelling sales proposals / commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow
Assume responsibility for running a solution bid team, where relevant Interfacing with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Deliver
Ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
Providing thought leadership and strategic direction in the identification, design, and implementation of technologies to support the achievement of specific business objectives
If you have :
More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry
Proven track record of technical leadership in delivering complex implementations
Working knowledge of ITIL Processes Change, Release, Incident, Problem management
5 years’ experience of working with and designing enterprise ServiceNow platform with experience across design, installation, configuration, deployment troubleshooting, and support
5+ years of experience of ServiceNow development
5+ years of experience in IT service management process design
ServiceNow System Admin knowledge
Pre-sales experience of more than ITSM capability in the IT Workflow; ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM. GRC, Devops / SecOps
ITBM , ITSM , ITOM / ITAM mandatory skills
Certified implementation specialist (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or any other)
Web portal development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS, bootstrap
Ability to create reports using the standard reporting engine, plus metrics and SLAs
ITIL certification
Asset management experience
