You will part of the core team that delivers Global Services of Digital Operations products from Business Applications Portfolio.

Your team will be responsible to constantly innovate and deliver customer projects across the Globe.

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Develop service teams relating to competence and service excellence (domain, product, technology, process, tool, attitude).
  • Develop Delivery function in cooperation with other managers.
  • Provide direct leadership to Delivery teams and act as an escalation point for implementations performed by the team.
  • Support in review and assessment of existing process and practices.
  • Technical leadership to the team
  • Continuously improve delivery quality and efficiency through automation
  • Support initiatives in standardization across projects and automation
  • Reviews with each team member on their performance, Regular Mentoring & Coaching Team members, follow-up on competence development.
  • Resource Planning and updating the Supply together with other managers.
  • Participation in recruitment and induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintains appropriate communications with all levels of the organization
  • You have :

  • Experience with Digital Operations (Orchestration & Fulfilment, Assurance & Optimization) domain and products
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with people at all levels
  • Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Work Experience, with experience in areas of responsibility
  • Willingness and capability to learn new skills independently and share it with others.
  • Good knowledge of Cloud native technologies & Containers CI / CD Agile delivery practices
  • Flexible, well organized, and self-driven specialist who can communicate effectively in a distributed multinational team
  • Very Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Added advantages for candidate with the following : Hands-on experience in DO products and solutions in complex multivendor environment.
  • Expertise on cloud native applications development, DevOps and building e2e solution automation

    High technical skills are appreciated but very much emphasis is put on other qualities such as leadership skills, cooperation skills, communication, efficiency, and pro-activity.

    This position requires a candidate who possess the following knowledge, experience, skills and qualities :

  • Has wide and deep understanding of the various Digital Operations (Orchestration & Fulfilment, Assurance & Optimization) domain and products.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technology and its implementation for business use and customer value.
  • Recognized team player, being able to guide and support team and work closely with all team members, to clearly understand their needs and to provide help with task communications, resource conflicts, workload gaps and challenges.
  • Self-motivated and self-driven person with strong communication skills, who easily motivate, mentor and coach others in acquiring new skills.
  • The successful candidate should be able to build a positive organizational and team culture (empowerment, collaboration, coaching and transparency).

  • Good project management, time management, and organizational skills to effectively supervise projects to completion; ability to oversee project work, manage resource allocations and ensure completion based on project commitments and budget.
  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience and expertise in customer deliveries, managing global teams, people management and agile delivery models.
