Description

Adecco Human Resources is looking for an Italian Onboarding Specialist to be responsible for the successful onboarding, training, activation and use of technology for new customers.

Get new restaurant partners successfully onboarded in our platform - it involves a technical setup, coordination with partners and training on best use;

Manage the onboarding and help both large and small restaurants to adapt to their needs and expectations Work with the Account Management and Marketing teams to create materials, guides, how-tos, training etc;

Work with the Product and Engineering teams to define the needs of onboarding and activation to make the process incredible for our customers.

Requirements

Fluent in ItalianGood communication skills in English (to communicate with the internal team)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment1 –

2 years of work experience in a technical support role, ideally a B2B SaaS startup

Offer

Work contract with Adecco HR900€ gross per month + meal card of 7.63€ daily
