Hays Technology is currently looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant, to integrate a Multinational company and to develop international projects geared toward all the IT Department.

Integrate a Software Company that designs and delivers enterprise software and ERP applications, with an international environment and a young and dynamic team, which is leader in people-based ERP.

Your new role

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting all components of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Your main tasks in this role will be :

Provide Consultancy services (requirements gathering, guidelines, installation, integration and migration), connected to the knowledge of the key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Microsoft 365

Participate in projects to provide technical guidance of the Microsoft 365 offerings

Design, build, test and maintain applications and solutions that are optimized for the productivity and collaboration needs using the Microsoft 365 platform

Develop workflow and processes for operation teams and automate processes

Solve problems

What you need to succeed

To be succeed in this function, you need :

2+ years of experience in Office 365 business productivity products

Microsoft Certifications, such as :

Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform products

SharePoint

Willingness to share knowledge, advise, design solutions and collaborate with businesses to help them improve

Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new Microsoft technologies

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

High level of commitment, responsibility and confidently

Fluency in English
