HR Business Partner Portugal, Sintra
Reports to HR Director Iberia
Ensure, as HR Business Partner, the implementation of the Group and Iberia HR strategy & initiatives in the Country organization, inspiring & closely working with the rest of the Iberian HR team.
This, in order to ensure Puratos’ performance management, talent management and people development, productivity and engagement in the Portuguese organization.
Work together with management in the Country in all people related matters in line with Iberia and Group HR Strategy (attract, retain, develop; productivity)
KEY TASKS :
Be the first point of contact in all HR related issues of the Portuguese organization
Lead & implement the Country performance cycle activities (performance management, talent review, etc ) and other corporate programs in the Operations organization.
Lead and implement all personnel administration processes (payroll, working contracts, etc )
Ensure compliance of all HR processes and procedures with local labour law
Develop the annual Work Force Planning of the Country organization and monitor the growth closely in line with the business needs and productivity concepts
Be involved in defining and monitoring the annual HR budget.
Manage, together with the rest of the Iberia HR team, the training and development plans, the communication activities, the compensation and benefits programs, the recruitment and induction processes, the performance management processes, the talent management processes and the succession planning across the Country organization.
Work closely with the local country management to implement the Puratos magic and continuous improvement programs across the organization.
Manage industrial relations in the country.
Act as legal representative of the Company in labour matters
KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS :
Local Country Management Team
Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce , Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
Fluent in English
Minimum 7 years proven track record in a Human Resources business partner position, ideally in a company with an industrial / operations environment.
Technical and functional understanding of and experience with different HR techniques (job grading talent management Performance management competence management HR systems - etc )
Strong analytical skills
Proficient user of HR systems and data bases
