Cybersecurity Verification Design Engineer

For the Security IP team in Porto, we are looking for a verification engineer who will work in state-of-the-art IP cores used in state of the art cybersecurity applications, such as high performance and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and high-speed interconnect security protocols. In this role you would :

Architecture verification and validation environments and using UVM or System Verilog

In cooperation with software security experts, validate cryptographic algorithms and concepts

Develop scripts in several languages to speed-up and improve verification tasks

Accompany the development of the product through the entire life-cycle, from customer interaction, definition, implementation and verification

Continuous product development by providing ideas for new features or product improvements

Key Qualifications

Proven ASIC verification skills (using UVM / System Verilog)

Ability to create specifications

RTL design knowledge of hardware IP components

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science

Good understanding about IC Design flows and excellent problem solving and debugging skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

Understanding of Security and Cryptographic Protocols
