This role focuses on creation, optimisation and analysis of online marketing campaigns across paid social and display channels, relying on both strong analytical competences and creative approach.

Main Tasks :

  • Definition and execution of a paid digital marketing strategy, including media planning, buying, tracking, setup, optimization and reporting of all paid social and display campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for paid media performance across multiple websites and geographies / markets and languages.
  • Formulating and managing the implementation of new initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scale campaigns.
  • Managing the allocation of a multi-million budget and the rate of spend to ensure best performance against commercial goals.
  • Reviewing and provide feedback on conversion and quality score opportunities, landing pages, checkout flow, A / B testing opportunities, etc.
  • Generating and distributing performance reports to ensure that the wider team is aligned with paid media performance and trends.
  • You'll be expected to come up with new ideas and to test new channels on a ongoing basis, present results to stakeholders and educate the wider organisation on the function & role of continuously iteration.
  • Work with Data & Analytics and Product & Engineering teams to improve and evolve measurement, tracking, and data management platforms to gain deeper insight into impact of Paid media operations.
  • Reviewing competitor advertising to benchmark marketing activity on an ongoing basis
  • Requirements :

  • Experience advertising across multiple platforms such as Google and Facebook.
  • Working knowledge of other channels such as pinterest, taboola etc is a plus.
  • Experience with tag management and analytics solutions, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager - you know what a custom dimension is and what the datalayer is.
  • German or French or Spanish or Italian is a plus.
  • Previous marketplace or OTA experience is a plus
  • A / B testing mindset
  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • Very strong communications skills
  • A self-starter and a team player
  • Diligent, with keen attention to details
  • EU work permit
  • Loves travelling
