Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers and present menus
  • Make suggestions based on their preferences
  • Take and serve food / drinks orders
  • Up-sell when appropriate
  • Arrange table settings
  • Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
  • Check products for quality
  • Deliver checks and collect payments
  • Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules / regulations and all customer service guidelines
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
  • Strong work ethic which includes a drive to grow, improve and learn everyday
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
  • Energetic and professional approach to his / her craft
  • Calm composure under pressure
  • Product knowledge experts with food, wine, sourcing and cooking techniques
  • Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality
  • Restaurant experience preferred
