The focus of this role is to support Zone Digital Manager(s) for a specific product category at Nestlé to drive the definition and execution of own media programs for the Zone (what journeys, what segments and what creatives), implementing / localizing the journeys, adapting existing programs from the local markets, coordinating on monthly bases campaign calendar and ensuring right optimizations (creative, subjects, segmentation, assets sharing between markets...).
You will also be responsible for assessing own media campaigns performance per market & per segments and share best practices across markets.
A day in the life of...
The Campaign Manager lead the definition of Own Media Personalization strategies for a specific product category across all markets in the region through defined frameworks, guidance and supporting toolkits.
Ensure understanding and adoption of personalization by supporting and ensuring delivery of their roadmap, including supporting solutions.
Work with all relevant stakeholders to build consolidated guidance and toolkits supporting the strategy, as well as business operations.
Define and lead implementation of campaign management (email, website personalization, sms, journey orchestration) operating model for a specific product category.
Work in partnership with Nestlé Global Technologies and Shared Services teams and external partners to maximize use of solutions and resources in order to deliver business results
Regularly connects with category global, regional and local teams to gather feedbacks, initiatives and requests and share best practices / recommendations for improvement.
Supports local brand teams with capability building through training sessions, workshops, webinars and written guidelines.
Regularly connects with other key stakeholders including Nestlé global eBusiness, technical and services teams. Takes ownership of a specific area of Own Media Personalization that is their passion, develops an in-depth understanding and becomes the go-to person for this at Nestlé.
What will make you successful
More than 5 years in digital marketing, with focused on Marketing Email Campaign and working with FMCG brands globally or in a region such as EMENA.
Proven Marketing Email Campaign experience managing Multichannel Campaign Management and Content Management System (CMS) tools.
Proven experience in salesforce marketing cloud.
Clear communication skills. Fluent in English : writing, reading, speaking. Working knowledge of other European languages such as French, German, Spanish or Italian will be a key advantage.
Proven change and project management experience, successfully delivered on challenging KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
Proven team-oriented mentality and attitude.
Must be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders.
