Aiming to provide travellers with the ultimate road trip experience, Indie Campers’ growth strategy relies in the implementation of a hybrid business model that combines being an RV rental operator, a marketplace and remarketing company, with further growth into related industries in the near-future.
As Senior Recruiter you will integrate the Human Resource team with the goal of guaranteeing an effective recruitment process, through planning, structuring and executing Indie Campers’ recruitment and onboarding processes while maintaining constant communication with all departments of the company as to create high-performing and motivated teams that consistently enable the company to achieve its goals.
The position is based in our headquarter in Lisbon.
The main challenges include being able to remain independent from the departments and being able to conduct recruitment processes for positions with specific skillsets and requirements that need to be fully understood within the business strategy and context to properly find the perfect candidate for any given position.
Given the broad scope of activities of the company, this could be particularly challenging.
What you ll do :
Define the recruitment strategy for each position, employing different sourcing strategies for each position (from coordination with outsourcing headhunting companies, in-house scrapping and active search, referral and others);
Execute recruitment processes from A to Z (sourcing, screening calls, group dynamics, technical challenges, F2F interviews, job offer, among others), actively pursuing the search for the best candidates for each position while respecting the budget;
Screening candidates with the mentality of protecting the business needs and only advancing qualified candidates;
Proactively identify Indie Campers’ hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies;
Specifying position requirements, main tasks and soft skills, according to feedback from hiring managers and HR Team;
Structure the recruitment process as to be as efficient as possible with responsibility regarding the speed from identification to hire and the quality of hiring;
Maintain candidates databases (Applicant Tracking System);
Structure and guarantee an effective on-boarding process that drives employee engagement since the beginning.
Who you are :
3-5 years of experience in recruitment area;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
International experience (working or studying in other European countries) is a plus;
You’re a highly responsible person, well-organized and able to process a high volume of candidates;
Travelling is one of your life’s greatest pleasures.
