In short, Cleanwatts brings together smart technology, human expertise, and financial capital to deliver zero capex solutions, where clean energy as a service is offered to households and enterprises in local ecosystems such as business parks, industrial parks, transport hubs and shopping districts.

Cleanwatts is seeking a Costumer Success Manager that share the passion for a sustainable world and has strong knowledge about Energy Efficiency solutions.

If you want to lead the commercialization and deployment of novel technology solutions addressing climate change and want to experience working in the fields of Energy Transition, Energy Flexibility, Energy Communities, Energy Markets, VPP, DSM, Demand Response and Smart Grids this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build-up, run, and continuously improve the Cleanwatts products experience for our customers
  • Maintain the focus on customer lifetime value : client satisfaction, retention, and reference ability
  • Build up a good relationship with our customers, as well as a network within Cleanwatts to facilitate and support the needs of your clients
  • Understand our products, keep up with its evolution and know what part our service plays in the business of our customers
  • Maintain regular contact with our customers by leverage proactive and consultative skills, and to suggest an enhancement to their business
  • Report important findings and needs of our customers to provide new insights and improve our product technically and feature-wise
  • Create and manage reports and tracking of Customer Success Metrics for assigned clients and CSM team
  • Collaborate with other Cleanwatts teams to ensure execution on-time of contracted service of each customer
  • Requirements

    The right candidate for the position of Costumer Success Manager should possess the following qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, Consulting, Service, or Project Management in a Technology company
  • Excellent understanding of the current energy transition and decarbonization methodologies
  • Highly empathic and communicative with a strong personality
  • Must be well organized and able to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve, and perform under pressure
  • Must have strong phone, web, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have experience with face-to-face meetings and problem solving with customers
  • Must have experience with customer negotiations and handling difficult customer conversations
  • Must demonstrate empathy for internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Be proficient in English
