In the R&D department of PSI Poland we define and develop technology for the entire PSI Software AG group. We develop high quality Java-based products that are used by employees and customers in many industries worldwide.
We focus on providing state-of-the-art technology, intuitive interface and UX, and innovative solutions. This translates into high scalability and configurability as well as fast implementation of enterprise-class solutions.
Your responsibilities
Together with our team of developers and consultants, you will support us in :
development and maintenance of the internal product platform created in the R&D department
creation of new, complex IT products and their extension with new functionalities
development of base (generic) solutions implemented by PSI development teams worldwide
working on the architecture and preparation of products for implementation in the cloud
proposing and implementing solutions and optimizing our systems according to customer needs and expectations
Our expectations
proficiency in working with : Java
knowledge of JavaEE 8, Angular
knowledge of good software engineering practices
experience in designing and developing complex software systems
knowledge and experience in working with databases (Oracle / MS SQL)
knowledge of English (minimum level B2)
How we work / what technologies we use :
we work in an experienced, independent team (Product Owner, developers, testers), according to the Large Scale Scrum methodology
Server side : Java EE 8, WildFly21, EJB, CDI, JAX-RS, JPA, JMS.
Client side : Java 11 (soon Java 17), Angular
DB : PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL
Tools : Jenkins, Sonar, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Git
Cloud : AWS, Azure powerful developer laptop, 2 monitors
