We're looking for talented and passionate Service Manager with experience in the TV area . This position is an opportunity to participate in one of the broadest TV solutions in Europe, based in Lisbon.
As a Senior Service Manager, you will :
Design technology support models, engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts as required, to create effective support for new products, systems or facilities;
Document and agree service requirements as part of the process for formulating service models;
Be a point of contact for specific project and development initiatives affecting the portfolio of services managed by Design + Engineering (D+E);
Identify and interface with key stakeholders;
Internal and external operational reporting, including SLA management;
Ensure all project and development initiatives are well prepared for the transition to live operation;
Contribute to the continuous refinement of Service Design & Architecture processes;
Identify new business opportunities and support peers in the Demand, Architecture and Development teams in the sales process.
Are you the right candidate?
Solid experience in a key role on IT Operations (5+ years of overall experience);
Understanding of the main concepts, processes and tools of Service Management;
Experience and motivation to lead and manage small to medium teams;
Experience in liaising with different stakeholders, both technical and business;
Previous experience with cloud platforms and services;
Proficient in English and Portuguese, both in verbal and written forms;
Strong relationship management skills, influencing and negotiating outcomes with stakeholders, colleagues and users adopting a flexible approach where necessary;
Logical reasoning and pragmatic approach to problems;
Strong sense of ownership in pursuit of delivering high quality services whilst maintaining service targets;
Reliable, resilient and avid to work in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work with international teams and with other cultures.
