The Role

Reporting to Customer Compensation Control (CCC) Supervisor, the CCC Agent is responsible for assuring the rules are met and processing all the transaction backflow (returns) and compensations to customers and partners.

What You’ll Do :

  • Execute daily tasks, interpret and treat cases in the system, assuring the targeted service level (time and quality of responses);
  • Handle daily communications between other teams (Partner Services, Customer Service, Fraud, Delivery Support) using the cases management tool;
  • Communicate with all teams in order to reach the best solution for new issues / problems that arise;
  • Be responsible for the effective execution of specified business or project deliverables to time and quality standards;
  • Work collaboratively within the team and with other Farfetch teams to ensure activities aligned across projects and identify areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with Finance to assure all the deadlines are met regarding the monthly accounting processes
  • Contribute proactively to the teamwork and spirit.
  • Who You Are :

  • Customer oriented mindset;
  • Organized and proactive when solving problems;
  • Capable of working under pressure and deliver in the agreed deadlines;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (verbal and written) and second language is a plus;
  • Knowledgeable of excel;
  • Knowledgeable of retail and finance concepts / processes is a plus;
  • Fond of multicultural environments;
  • Team player, and capable of working independently.
