Responsibilities
Generate solutions to design tasks, fulfilling product and technology roadmaps
Develop 3D-CAD design / models, 2D drawings and bill of materials based on design specifications
Define GPS / GD&T on drawings reflecting manufacturing standards
Ensure cost-efficient design and usage of standard parts as well as manufacturing standards
Embed relevant design and production knowledge into CAD by defining master models (parametrical models) and design guidelines / checklists
Standardization
Close collaboration with stakeholders across the value chain on engineering the best solutions to achieve the right quality and cost savings
Design with safety and reliability in focus
Qualifications
M.Sc within Mechanical Engineering in the field of machine components, hydraulic or similar.
Good knowledge on Hydraulic Hoses, Pipe Routings, and fittings selections as per ISO standard.
Good knowledge in Sheetmetal design, GD&T.
Experience with Large assemblies in Creo parametric tool (4.0 - 7.0), PDMLink.
Engineering drawing : knowledge of international engineering design and drawing standards (Eurocodes, European standards, DNVGL).
System Engineering knowledge : Ability to identify impacts from / to other systems.
System interface design & stakeholder management.
Ensure 3D / 2D CAD quality (GPS, NDT, CTQ)
