We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to focus on business development in the Lisbon market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining our portfolio of hosts, while helping to manage live operations in the Lisbon market.

Someone that has experience of smashing their own targets, keeping conversion rates high and delivering customer excellence.

What will you be doing

Objective : To scale and grow Airsorted Lisbon

Lisbon's Sales Operations Manager's goal is to ensure smooth operations and to grow Lisbon's user base. You will be fully accountable for hitting all local goals and building the team to succeed over the longer term.

This is a role for someone who has proven account management experience in English, and if possible, Lisbon's B2C markets.

Excellent Sales Operations Managers are resourceful, natural all rounders and excellent relationship builders - establishing a strong network of linen suppliers, cleaners and sorters, and a high performing team to run the show.

Grow revenue through marketing, partnerships and proposition management

  • Explore and test strategic marketing opportunities to generate leads at a low Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Identify areas of expertise to establish Airsorted as a thought leader
  • Continuously implementing local initiatives to reduce costs and increase revenue
  • Meet net homes growth targets

  • Spotting opportunities to increase lead generation through new channels
  • Devise online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Optimise website and other channels for web visit to lead conversion
  • Fielding incoming enquiries from prospective clients with efficiency and personality
  • Develop the sales process to maximise lead to sign conversion
  • Minimise property churn through retention activities
  • Oversee Operations

  • Work alongside local Operations Executives to ensure daily operations run smoothly
  • Providing ongoing support to hosts in order to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Build and retain a high quality team

  • Establish and sustain an attractive employer brand
  • Oversee supportive, empathetic line management to bring out the best in people
  • Provide career and development opportunities to retain key talent
  • Assisting with responsibilities in other markets in Europe when necessary.
  • So what is your background like?

  • You are an executor, able to juggle and prioritise conflicting deadlines effectively
  • You have 2-3 years managerial experience
  • You have Startup experience - ideally in a B2C Operations or Commercial role
  • Ideally has experience in a high performing sales environment
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English & Portuguese)
  • A high level of comfort working with remote teams around the globe
  • A people person who enjoys developing new working relationships
