As Customer Advisor for MisterFly, you will create enthusiasm around the services of our customers and resolve emerging issues that customers may face with precision and efficiency.
MisterFly is an online travel agency with a customer-oriented policy, that provides the best meets and expectations of enthusiastic travellers.
As a Customer Advisor, you will :
Manage our customer's bookings (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations), and achieve the performance targets defined by the project.
Manage customer expectations and needs.
