They have the best possible clients in gaming, high tech, travel, retail, finance, and other key industries. In Lisbon-Portugal they have a new operation, growing in a dynamic and fast-
paced environment, in a prime location in the city center, close to transportation and with easy parking. They currently need to strengthen their customer support team dedicated to the German market for an innovative digital banking project.
Advanced level of English & German : C2 in German and C1 in English, spoken and written.
Good communication skills both orally and written
Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions
Gracious attitude in client service and efficiency in solving the problem
Provide support to clients using specific applications and reply all questions by email and live chat
Insert all incidents into a database together with the correct manner in which to resolve them
Prevent fraud, protect data and safeguard their customer satisfaction
Compiling a balance report of work daily / weekly / monthly activities

Salary above average + monthly language and performance bonuses + meal allowance
Support on Relocation for 6 months if you are moving from outside of Portugal
6 months contract with the perspective of permanent contract afterwards
