About the job

  • The Fee Control Officer is in charge of the computation, control, reconciliation and payment of invoices concerning several types of expenses
  • Your Main Activities Are

  • Registering of invoices
  • Control of received invoices content, compared with the contracting conditions and correct fees interpretation of (function of market transactions concerned) in case of difference, he must investigate the cause and ensures the follow-up;
  • if needed and in particular, in case of complex pricing or more technical research, request an opinion from more experienced managers

  • Collects the information from or to the front office and of the Procurement Department
  • Manages the relations Front / Back Office and Back / Providers (brokers and depositaries)
  • Makes the payments, after validation of the amounts
  • Updates the financial and middle office systems
  • Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Economy (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); French is a plus
  • Communication skills
  • Enjoys working with numbers and is a natural problem solver
  • Rigorous and orderly
  • Be proactive and tenacious
  • Results oriented
  • Master in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel is mandatory)
  • Knowledge of financial markets and products through Front / Back / Middle functions is valued
