GEFCO Global Services Center Portugal is currently recruiting :
Sales Administrative Manager (M / F)
Position located in Portugal (Lisbon)
Reporting directly to the Shared Services Center Manager, you will lead the Sales Administrative team on the area of Finished Vehicle Logistics, ensuring the performance of sales invoicing tasks to the subsidiaries working with SSC Portugal.
Your main responsibilities are the below :
Ensure good operational day-to-day, customers relationships;
Supervision o the daily sales invoicing tasks, ensuring the strict application of the group policies;
Drive transfer of activities from international legal entities into the service organization;
Train new employees and review processes with existing team members;
Update process documentations as required;
Monitor activity KPIs, identify improvements and implement action plans;
Identify and implement improvement processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and productivity;
Ensure the billing process within the respect of customers specifications and deadlines;
Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
Follow up and forecast sales invoicing activity;
Drive the resolution of more complex queries raised by the team and other internal and external stakeholders;
Work closely with the transversal departments : Corporate, Subsidiaries and internal departments.
Profil
Background and experience
You are graduated Hight school from finance business administration / accounting degree or similar.
At least 2 years’ experience in similar position; experience within a shared service environment would be a plus
Good knowledge in SAP (invoicing) or another billing tool expert

Excell intermediate
English (minimum B1) - mandatory
