Job Overview and Responsibilities

As HR Quality & Performance Specialist you will : Monitor the satisfaction of the whole HR Service Line and Operations with a special attention to the interconnections between the various SBS HR teams and with main partners.

  • Coordinate actions on complaints across several HR Fields-Monitor Dashboard and KPI's of the HR Service Line Performance.
  • Collaborating, scrutinizing and enhancing, through continuous improvement, processes managed by SBS HR Service Line / Operations : Onboarding, Orgchart.
  • To be an active participant to SBS lead projects as required as needed.
  • Education and Experience

    To be successful ni this role you will need : Miniumum 7-8 years' experience in HR Processes-Minimum 3 years' experience in HR IT Process tools (SAP, BW, etc).

  • Demonstrable experience on suppot, training and promotion actions around CRM and other related tools.
  • Skills

  • Be able to communicate using technical language and articulate one's self clearly in order to identify potential problems and recommend improvements to systems and processes.
  • Good presentation and communication skills face to face and using video call technology.- Have a presence and be able to impact and influence at all levels of the business.
  • Additional Information

  • An advanatge would be to have knowledge of quality system frameworks such as ISO 9001.- Languages include English and French would be an advantage
