As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of our client's delivery processes, ensuring Mindera and our clients are working together effectively, identifying issues and recommending solutions to help improve the delivery pace while maintaining a high level of quality and ensuring there is effective bi-directional communication.
National and international expected traveling time varies according to project / client and organizational needs : 0%-15% estimated.
You Rock At
Discussing, and get agreements, with different engineering teams about technical architectures and implementations;
Primary stakeholders include CTO, VP Product, Project Manager, Architect, and other technical leads;
Responsible for effective adoption of the change process, incident process, continuous improvement around operational support;
Responsible for adoption and continuous improvement of agile development processes, helping teams adopt Scrum methodology;
Provides visibility into planning and development artifacts such as T-shirt sizing, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
Provides visibility into Sprint progress, identifying blockers and issues, and suggests options for solutions;
Responsible for adoption and review of the Triage / BAU / Unplanned work process;
Responsible for service review meetings between Mindera and the client and service level agreements;
Accountable for Mindera delivery team structure and organization;
Accountable for overall quality of delivery continuous improvement of quality processes;
Able to provide context and insight to the delivery teams as to current priorities of the business;
Guaranteeing that the communication with the client is fully transparent and up-to-date;
Being self-driven, self-organized and working with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose;

Understanding, from a high-level perspective, the technical solutions, teams are implementing and delivering.
