The main objectives of Operational Permanent Control within Oxygen Finance Services are :
As Operational Permanent Control Officer of Oxygen based in Lisbon, you are responsible for ensuring the respect and implementation of the key internal control principles of BNP Paribas Group, performing the main responsibilities for all the teams of Oxygen and FRESH (in both locations : Madrid and Lisbon).
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As a senior officer the main responsibilities are focussed on helping management of the team, leading independently the areas assigned and support junior team members on :
Risk and Control Self-Assessment
Operational Incidents Monitoring
Support Group Policies implementation
Ensure the correct monitoring of Permanent Documentation
IT controls (access rights)
Follow of Nearshoring / Offshoring process and SLA’s management
Data Quality Controls
Monitoring of Business Continuity Management processes
Support organization in all initiatives needed to strengthen the control environment in the Hub
Previous experience in Finance or banking is a plus
