As a Customer Support Representative with a Native or High Level of German your main function will be responsible for the online support of a Bank entity's clients. During your day to day :
You will give support being in the front line of our bank client for the markets we activate.
You will work across multiple channel (email live chat) to give customers a best in class experience.
You will work on preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding customers.
You will process inquiries from existing and new customers and deal with their wishes and questions with the latest CRM tools.
You are the person we are looking for if :
You have an outstanding commitment to customer service.
You are Native or have a really high level of German (C2).
You are fluent English (B2).
You have great communication and specially written skills.
You are capable to work independently, but also as a part of a team.
You are quick in finding new solutions when facing new problems.
