Retail Operations Account Manager (German speaking) - Lisbon

- You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for respective accounts
- You will set up and maintain retailer in our systems as well as taking care of their onboarding
- You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retailer accounts as well as setting up promotions and price changes
- You will constantly track the performance of our retailers and conduct regular operational account performance meetings together with internal and external partners
- You will collaborate and initiate process improvements with our Global Teams
- You will work on optimizing our order intake processes
What you´ll bring to us
- You ideally have gained first experience in a B2B environment related to logistics, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
- You are a highly structured person and manage taking care of several accounts
- You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
- You are proactive and constantly challenging the status quo
- You have good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English and German
