For an important Banking / Finance Client in the Automotive sector, we are looking for brilliant resources to be included as Customer Service employees.

The ideal candidate has a strong orientation towards achieving objectives, excellent interpersonal skills and shows a marked propensity to analyze the needs of real / potential customers.

Main activities :

  • Respond to customer requests in a professional, precise and timely manner
  • Call, email and chat management related to Information and Complaints
  • Lead creation and commercial and technical support
  • Requirements :

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Portuguese mother tongue
  • English knowledge at least B2
  • Good IT skills (Office, e-mail and Internet browser)
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Friday
  • Previous experience in finance / banking or fraud in the automotive sector is preferable
