What the job looks like :
Document Management : setup proper tagging and search strategies;
Entry Level Digital Workplace Analyst 0 to 2 years of experience;
Collect and identify gaps where the organization can benefit from digital workplace products and procedures to improve collaboration, productivity, and outcomes.
Propose solutions for hybrid collaboration;
Information Security : evaluate and mitigate risks of new and existing tools;
Day-to-day operations and Alarm monitoring of the Digital Workplace environment;
2nd level support tasks;
Manage approvals and license assignments;
Provisioning of training and best practices.
What you'll bring to the table :
Digital workplace, collaboration, and / or office productivity tools solutions;
configuring and troubleshooting Win 10 & M365 products;
Experience in document / information management, search and security classifications;
Degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable;
Understanding Win10 & M365;
Experience of implementing / working to various regulations, standards and frameworks;
Fluent in English.
