As a Compliance Manager Training and Reporting, you will be part of Infineon’s global Compliance team. You will closely cooperate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
In your new role you will :
Be responsible for the quarterly Compliance Reporting to be presented by the Chief Compliance Officer i.e. to the Infineon Board and for ad hoc reporting requests by the Compliance team;
Align, advise, and follow-up on the report with regional / functional Compliance Officers ;
Design, implement and ensure the efficient rollout of Compliance trainings , be it e-learning or face-to-face sessions;
Manage data, monitor training completion, and detect potential inconsistencies in training reports;
Manage the Infineon external whistleblower reporting system and ensure compliance with internal and external data protection requirements;
Deliver documentation, analysis, and reports in line with compliance requirements .
You have strong organizational skills that combined with your attention to detail and technical ability support your high-quality standards in reporting.
You have exceptional communication skills and are able to establish and maintain sustainable relationships with people across all functions and levels of the organization.

You are best equipped for this task if you have :
A degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field of studies;
Experience with compliance and ethics topics and managing training programs experience in a Shared Services environment is a benefit;
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel , Tableau, and PowerPoint ;
Proficiency in learning tools , namely SuccessFactors, is an advantage;
Knowledge of data analytics , digitalization processes , artificial intelligence is a plus;
Fluency in written and spoken English .
