BNP Paribas is recruiting for its European Finance Operations Center in Lisbon, part of the Group Finance function. Is responsible for compiling and processing accounting and financial information in order to ensure its publication and to provide Executive Management with the necessary information for the entire Group’s financial management.


The Analyst is in charge of :

Secure the data quality and completeness as an entity contributor

Analyse, reconcile and solve intercompany discrepancies

Ensure the audit trail and the controls requested especially on BALI quantifications

Produce synthesis on intra-group reconciliation to be communicated to accounting community

Ensure the update in regular basis of the procedures of the tasks

Contribute to continuous process improvements

Team s assignments :

Contribute on the intercompany reconciliation process for the Group BNP Paribas, the BNP Paribas SA statutory financial statements and the Sub Groups, facilitating the accounting community in order to :

Facilitate the intercompany reconciliation process with the accounting community

Reconcile and solve the significant discrepancies

Assess and ensure the BALI quantifications1

Report on solved and residual discrepancies and on financial reporting to I-CARe stakeholders

Contribute on the BNP Paribas Financial statements and the Regulatory reporting

Transversal assignments :

Setup a fluid communication between the main stakeholders through synthesis reports needed making sure of the reliability and the audit trail of the information

Ensure the data quality and integrity according to Radar principles


Required level of education : Master s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management

Required level of experience : previous experience in similar role would be preferred
