System Integration Specialist
We are looking forIntegration Specialists within our Network Management & SON portfoliosegment in Global Service Delivery.
This role involves working on NetworkManagement and Optimization products attached to the services solutions andadded-value services.
Main responsibilities :
SystemIntegration Specialist responsibilities for delivering NM & SON workpackages. Drive SI / Custom deployment by self, collaborating with team in workpackage model;
Utilize several troubleshooting tools in own technology area
Installation &commissioning / Upgrade / Integration / System Acceptance Testing experience inproducts like NetAct / ARC / EdenNet or equivalent OSS / NMS system.
Analyze &Integrate various performance KPI’s using tools from OSS / NMS application andfeedback to customer..
Willingness todesign, test & execute new & complex OSS procedures migrations, specialservices etc
Ensureinterworking of OSS to other network Element is OK and all functions areworking well (alarm sync, PM data sync, configuration Management etc.)
Troubleshootsystem management, fault management, configuration management and performancemanagement issues.
Carry out testingnew products / solution before release / Installing them in Lab & perform pilotinstallation for global customers.
Mentor teammembers to complete delivery successfully.
Main technicalcompetencies required :
Around 7+ years ofexperience in System / Solution integration role in OSS and SON domain
Around 7 years ofexperience in Telecom, Cloud, OSS, NMS, EMS, SON Domain
Experience inTelecom radio Planning and Optimization in 2G,3G & 4G.
Extensive hands on experience vendors such as (but not limited to) : AWS, Oracle, Azure, GCE, OpenStack, Vcloud. Vmware etc
Experience in OSlike Linux, Windows.
Strong Knowledge in 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G radio Planning & Optimization andinterworking aspects
Shell / Perl / Python scripting + SQL scripting expertise
Basicknowledge of IP / Routers / Switches, Telecom Network & IP Network etc
Experience inRDBMS like Oracle, SQL databases like Mongo DB, ELK.
Designing anddeveloping micro service-based Cloud Native applications on Kubernetes, Docker
Experience inDevOps , Continuous Delivery and automation tools
Contribution toIndustrialization related programs like standardization, process automation andtools.
Experience inindependently leading teams for successful delivery
Must have excellenttechnical problem-solving skills, including identifying and addressing systemdefects etc
Must be able towork independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environmentwith multiple teams
Must have excellentwritten and oral communication skills, including conducting presentations toteams and to customers
Bachelor's inEngineering with around 7 years of experience in IT / Infrastructure Management,System Administration operation (Troubleshooting, Configuration, Integration,Lab testing etc.)
Additional preferred technical knowledge (good to have) :
Prior experiencein OES platform and good experience with system integration would be adefinite added advantage
Good experience inlarge and complex system integration projects
Leading &driving Automation & Innovation Initiatives
Experience inworking with Agile methodology and process will be value add
